We are happy to invite you to the workshop “How to prepare for a tradeshow” organised in collaboration with Brussels Invest and Export.

For any small business, trade shows can provide an effective means of spreading brand awareness, getting your product out in front of a target audience and meeting with current or potential clients. But there’s much more to it than reserving your space and signing on the dotted line.

Agenda:

• 08.30 – 9.00: Why participate to a tradeshow and what elements should you take in consideration before going? Which is more appropriate considerating your stage? Our board president Lionel Anciaux will expose these points and share with us his experience and best-practices.
• 09.00 – 09.20: How to maximize the results of a tradeshow? (Benjamin Carnec, Enterprise Europe Networks)
• 09.20 -09.40: Which elements should be taken into consideration depending in which country the fairtrade is taking place? (BIE)
• 09.40 – 10.00 Break
• 10.00 – 10.20: During the event: how to behave on a stand , exploit the PR , learn small talks , learning from the competitors and their position, open to potential business partners, be equiped with a CRM tool in order to prepare monitoring etc … · After: convert the try and ensure ROI by following his contacts rigorous and targeted manner while boosting your CTA etc. (Marc Henri de Bruyne, Vademecom)
