LAURENT HERMOYE, PhD, is an electrical engineer, doctor of medical sciences, and bachelor of business management. He is the CEO and founder of Imagilys. His efforts have resulted in multiple publications in medical journals and at international conferences. They have also resulted in a neuroimaging software, BrainMagix, which has been used on thousands of patients. Through continuing medical education at Harvard Medical School, Laurent is continually at the leading edge of the newest techniques.
VASILIS K KATSAROS, MD, PhD, is a neuroradiologist at Athens Oncological Hospital and scientific associate at Athens University’s Department of Neurosurgery. He was trained at Freiburg University Hospital. He has more than 20 years of experience in the clinical imaging of brain diseases, with a special focus on multi-modal imaging of brain tumors.
CAROL DI PERRI, MD, is an Italian neurologist and neuroradiologist. She is a researcher at Liege University’s Coma Science Group, under the supervision of Prof. Steven Laureys. She specializes in the neuroimaging of patients with disorders of consciousness, and especially in the study of their brain’s connectivity, using resting-state fMRI.
