In the update of the roadmap eHealth 2015 – 2018, the federal government has foreseen an additional action point ‘Mobile Health’. The objective is to provide a framework for Mobile Health (mHealth) applications to be integrated into the health care system (including a possible refund). The criteria for quality and validation procedures required for ‘Mobile Health’ applications will be established.
In the context of the Federal e-health Plan, Maggie De Block announced a Call for projects to test Mobile Health applications (apps and devices). The call will open at the end of June for three months. Projects will be selected in the fall and tested during 2017.
To prepare this call for pilot projects, the INAMI/RIZIV launches a preliminary market survey. This will also allow them to have a first inventory of available e-health applications. An interesting opportunity to put your project on the map.
We recommend all e-health solution developers to answer this survey to put them on radar.
This form is informative and non-binding, but offers suppliers the possibility to come forward and authorities to get a clear view of the Mobile Health supply in Belgium.
Please answer the questions briefly, leaving any details in the annex. It is allowed to leave certain questions unanswered.
Suppliers of Mobile Health Applications can complete this questionnaire and return it no later than June 30, 2016 to firstname.lastname@example.org
