This workshop aims at raising the awareness of Start-ups Founders, Executives and Team Leaders about team functioning and the systemic perception of a team.
A High Performing Team is based on a shared vision and the alignment of the team and its members with the objectives and values of the company and between themselves. In such a team, Individual goals and roles are clearly formulated and known to all. The team empowers and supports each of its members.
In this workshop, we provide practical tools to write a Team Agreement, build a climate of trust and create a well targeted actionable plan.
The workshop includes the deployment of the Team Leader View assessment. This assessment reveals the Team Leader’s perception of the team in terms of productivity and positivity. Used worldwide for over 10 years, the Team DiagnosticTM methodology yields in average a 20% improvement in team performance!
