Training to better rebound from the economic crisis

September 16 - October 10

hub.brussels is implementing online training on three subjects (see the detailed curriculum below) to help Brussels-based companies deal with the consequences of the economic crisis:

  1. The value proposition and sales pitch
  2. Communication
  3. Pricing and cash flow management

The training sessions will be provided by videoconferencing, once in French and once in Dutch: they should be held between 16 September and 10 October 2020.

After the training sessions, each company can benefit from two hours of individual follow-up on one of the three topics with a coach/trainer for additional guidance or to go into more depth on certain points.

Access to the service is free, but places are limited to ten companies.

Detailed programme:

  1. The value proposition and sales pitch
  • Session n°1: How to (re)define your Unique Selling Proposition (USP) based on customer segmentation and their pains and gains? How to identify the acceptance keys of different customer segments?
  • Session n°2: How to create an effective sales pitch?

The training sessions will be provided by videoconferencing, once in French and once in Dutch: they should be held between 16 and 23 September 2020. Individual follow-up will begin on 24 September.

  1. Communication
  • Session n°1: Customer relations
    • How to formulate arguments to win over customers using storytelling techniques?
    • Identification of communication actions that will:
      • enable the collection of feedback from different customer segments
      • ensure customer loyalty
    • Session n°2: Digital communications
      • What digital communications tools should you use, and how, to promote an offering and ensure customer loyalty?

The training sessions will be provided by videoconferencing, once in French and once in Dutch: they should be held between 24 September and 1st October 2020. Individual follow-up will begin on 2 October.

  1. Pricing and cash flow management
  • Session n°1: Pricing
    • How to develop/calculate relevant pricing based on the Unique Selling Proposition and customer segments?
  • Session n°2: Cash flow management
    • How to create and use a cash flow plan?

The training sessions will be provided by videoconferencing, once in French and once in Dutch: they should be held between 2 and 10 October 2020. Individual follow-up will begin on 12 October.
