e-Health Week Brussels

April 24 - April 28

What role will doctors and hospitals play as new technologies are introduced?

What are the benefits of connected health for patients?

E-health: an opportunity for innovation that will shape the future

Government strategy: the Brussels e-health plan

Brussels e-health week, which runs from 24 to 28 April 2017, will explore these themes with an online campaign to educate patients and doctors on the benefits of e-health. The programme will also include accounts and talks from experts, meetings between key players in the healthcare, innovation and business sectors, and concrete information.

The event will focus on the Brussels Health Network, which allows patients’ medical records to be shared electronically and securely so that their health and, ultimately, public health can be improved.
